Wooden floors – maintenance

Maintenance and cleaning instructions for treated floors

Cleaning

At home

Regular maintenance is done by vacuuming or moping the floor and then drying the surface with water and Osmo detergent or a similar product.

In public facilities

Regular maintenance is done by vacuuming or moping the floor and then drying the surface with water and Osmo detergent or a similar product. The mop should be well wrung out before use. The floor surface should be dry within 1-2 minutes after drying, if it takes longer than that for the floor to dry then you haven’t wrung out the mop well enough.

Osmo detergent, artnr 8016 or similar product

Osmo’s detergent is an effective and biodegradable concentrate that should be diluted with lukewarm water. The detergent contains no solvents and is instead based on natural coconut oils that effectively clean and restore surfaces.
